I Need A New Job
Folks, there will be very few, if any, updates this week. Just so happens that this week is normally my busiest of the year, and to heap an extra pile of shit on top of an already saturated workload, we're experiencing issues in the product we're trying to release on February 15th. Fuck. I'm hoping to pick up with the blogging this weekend and next week. I have been brainstorming, and documenting most of these for future blogging adventures, so its doubtful that I'll run out of things to write about.
All that said, Charleston was awesome. The weather wasn't bad at all, the company was fantastic, and the food was excellent. I can't wait to go back, perhaps this autumn.
Just to note, I'm still very smitten with The Girlfriend. She's knocked me off my feet.
Whilst I'm gone, I'll give you guys a question to chew on:
*What are everyone's thoughts on blog-flirting? You know, dropping in on various blogs and engaging in some playfully flirtatious banter...is there something more to it, or is it just a generally accepted practice among the blog community?
So, talk amongst yourselves, and until next week, you kids play nice.

Hope everything turns out okay at work.
Sethro, you are so hot. *winks* *giggles*
Ok, seriously. I think blog flirting is entirely acceptable. In most cases, we have no idea who these people are outside of the personas they willingly construct online. It`s a bit of a fantasy world here. In the same way I would never condemn someone for a hot liaison in the safe world of dreams, I think anonymous blog flirting is a harmless way to get and give some oft-needed ego boosts, as well as a lovely way to spread a little cheer in the world.
Now, if you happen to KNOW the person you are flirting with outside the blogosphere, that brings a different bend to the situation....
sethro, you know you sweat my blog's balls.
ok seriously, i think some cheeky blog flirting is ok even if you have a gf/bf. but if you're married, then i think it's off limits.
hope you blog soon, refreshed and glowing.
Depends on what you call "flirting" - I mean, there are always things you can do that cross lines you shouldn't be crossing, especially if one or both of you are in a relationship. I have a feeling it involves Diane, but hey... use some common sense and you'll know where the line is.
Blog-flirting? Never heard of it. :)
Siryn, I can promise you the question has nothing to do with this Diane! I haven't even had a chance to talk to the guys in weeks or even drop by his blog.
Sethro-- Glad you had a great time in Charleston. Good luck with the deadline!
